Some Tips:
  • Brush your teeth after each meal always softly massaging your gums towards the tooth. Do it with a soft brush and if it's electric, change the head often.
  • Use dental floss often to keep an impecable mouth health and eliminate food remains that the brush can't remove and are the causes of bad breath.
  • Visit your dentist at least once a year.
  • Dental cleaning (prophylaxis) are recommended to eliminate plaque.
